Admission Requirements

List the basic documents and criteria for each program level (Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary): 

Common Requirements:

• Completed Application Form

• Birth Certificate (copy)

• Latest Academic Report / Transcript (for transfer students)

• Student Photos (2 copies, passport size)

• Copy of Parent/Guardian ID or Passport

• Medical or Vaccination Record

• Application Fee (if applicable)

Note: Mention that all documents must be submitted before assessment or interview scheduling.

Admission Steps 

1. Inquiry / Contact: Parents contact the school via website, phone, or social media to request information.

2. Campus Visit: Schedule a campus tour to explore facilities and meet academic representatives.

3. Application Submission: Submit required documents and complete the admission form.

4. Entrance Assessment / Interview: Students complete a placement test or short interview to determine readiness and level.

5. Admission Decision: The school reviews application results and sends an official offer or feedback.

6. Enrollment Confirmation: Parents confirm acceptance, pay the registration or tuition fee, and receive school materials.

7. Orientation & Start of School: Students and parents attend orientation to learn about AiA programs, teachers, and campus guidelines.
